The post of today, it is to talk exclusively about me being more than 20 days waking up six o’clock at
morning, every morning, except Sunday, for go to dance of tournament and the
consequences of this in the during the day.
In the beginning it was easy wake early, but now
it is being very difficult, just thinking I still could sleep more one hour,
already giving desire to turn to the side and continue sleeping. In the during
the classes I’m falling asleep, unfocused, etc!
So the best part of day it’s: eat considerably
quickly in lunch, for go to room and sleep forty minutes before afternoon
classes. When the night arrive always I say “today I will sleep early”, but
actually that never happens, so I foresee I’ll be next day.
