One momente can change your life
Two weeks ago I was so sad, because I broke a relatinoship, and I though if I didn´t have thet person again, my life would have no sense any more. I know, sometimes I have a lot of expectations in regards to my future and people... And if something goes wrong, I forget all Good things (in that moment) about my life ( I think everybody is a little like this). but once I broke my relationship, I decided to change, I forgot the bad things, I forgot fot a while EVERY bad thing. I stood up from my bed, walked outside, and sat on my porch, gazing upwards at the one star. At that moment I belive and staring at the night sky brought me an inner peace I hadn´t felt in what seemed an eternity. What a blessing it was just to be alive and I needed to be grateful fot what I have.
So i made a mental list of all the things in my life that were good. That was when I initially started my habit of practicing gratitude. It shifts your thinking from a negative mindset to a positive one. A positive mind is more open and happy. And at this moment I changed my life. I hope this help you, because one simple moment can be the best moment of your life.

A lesson from the Paralympics Games

   

  I went to Paralympics on 15^th September. Sincerely I had no ideia of the size of the event. I loved the work of volunteers, they were very excited and ready to help. It was a good experience to make me think that my problems are small and was an example of overcoming when I saw the athletes.
  You have two choices when something bad happens in your life: complain and give up or keep your head up and overcome their difficulties. They chose the second option. This is fantastic!!!!

Daily routine for this week...

After we students arrived of vacation a lot of teachers said, ‘’this trimester will pass quickly’’, so we are full of lists, works, tests and compositions. Soon Today, Monday, we have two tests of math and present a theater work. For Tuesday, other biology work for present too. For Wednesday, we will deliver a list of physic, too already have chemistry’s list. For Friday we have a Portuguese language test and deliver the composition. When I think I’ve finished everything, but then when I went go to sleep, I remembered that there is still something for the other day for the third time. My God. Sleep or do exercise?

HAHAHA no

    Last week, I had the brilliant idea to start watching Breaking Bad. Kids, don’t do this. I want to spend all day watching the episodes but there’s one thing that don’t let me do this, and her name is responsibility. I have a lot of things to do, like tests, homework and have a social life. 
   And sometimes there’s the second/ third year students telling me “But you are first year, you don’t have so many things to do, enjoy your first year”. Ok, thanks, I know that I’m first year, but don’t compare our years. I know that first year is easier, but this not means that isn’t difficult too. I also have to learn somethings that I haven’t seen.Stop thinking that just because I’m first year I don’t have nothing to do.

Hi, my name is João Guilherme Almeida Couto. Today I want to talk my opinion about movies. Well I like action and adventure movies, like Pirates of the caribbean, Rock saga and Star wars saga too. I like this movies becouse, when I watch then I feel like I was there having adventures. The world of movies is so amazing and wonderful. And when the movies ends I get  jelous of the characters who can have all this encredible things..I grow up  watching a lot of movies and today I can say who they belong to me. But I don't like romance movies, of course there are exceptions how Lady and the Trump.
Something was changed, the characters aren't been so notable how some years ago. All people know Who  rock is or Luke Skywalker. They marked and era and inspiring others. But the most characters today are superficial. But maybe I'm been boring becouse they are important to me.

Loks like a sad thing, but isn't! When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it. I dreamed a lot, i wanted a lot be where i am. Okay okay, i'm too far away from my parents, my friends, my house... But certainly i'm happier now! I have a new home, new friends, new everything, i just have to deal with the home sick but thats not a big deal. I just want to say thank for studyn in on of the best schools of Brazil.

How I invited my crush to the winter ball

At my school, it happens a winter ball. So I decided to kill my crush  to go with me. Of course I could not do a simple invitation ... I decided to do a "proof" that she received some missions to comprir to arrive, so in short order. She agreed, and received from her roommates, a big heart it was written, how much I like her, and explaining what would happen that day. Throughout the day, she received some cards, people whose are our friends. On each card, I had a job ... At the end, she had to decorate a text and talk to our friend. If she could speak the text without reading, she would win a box ... Of course, she is a very smart person, and succeeded. Then he received the box I had made for her:

Inside the envelopes had words that together formed:

 "You wanna go to the ball with me?"

Thank God she said: YES.

Yesterday It was my best friend's fifteen birthday and had one party, but I wasn't there, so I passed the day feeling down, but during the day I improved. After I did one surprise video for her and sent it for my friends and I asked them to pass in the party for me, so they passed. Today when I woke up I saw one menssage from my friend who was the birthday person saying that she was so thankful for the video and for I'm being one good friend for that all years, and she said she cried a lot because of the video and because she miss me. So, my day started with a little feeling of missing but started a little happy too, I'm a little proud of me.

The start of my 1Class

Rio de Janeiro, September 26,

               The first time that I saw my class, the 1C, was in a game of the school: treasure hunt. The game started with two girls of our team was sick. After the competition started, another girl stayed sick too. Then, we knowed how would be the class. 

              Everybody of 1C, every time, be sick. A lot of us used wheelchairs. And we do not know how can this happen. 

Another thing that is unbelievable: the 1C are always "late" (do the things near to the date of the "deadline") and in the final, be OK. I believed in that, after we won in the second place of the first competition between classes (InterTurmas). 

          At the beginning of classes, we were not so much friends. Had some groups formed, and then we lost a friend of the class and after, arrived another one, But now, the class are more lovely and united (at least, is what I think... I hope for that).

            Well, this is a piece of my class in ESEM. Have so much stories. In the future, I will write about this again.

It makes no sense

                               “It makes no sense you no go to play basketball with us” yeah guys, in ESEM you talk this phrase at least one time, because in ESEM if you not have anything to do you go to play some sports, Why? Really I don´t know, people here are so healthy. I like to do some sports, but not all the time, guys, let´s saw some movies, let´s study more, let´s go for walk in the school ( If you understand me), because just play sports are sad. Other thing if no have any sense, it´s why the parties just played the same musics, people we live in Brazil, let´s listen some different songs.

Amazing Weekend

This weekend was amazing! I've gone to the party on Saturday with friends, and it was extremely funny! We danced and laughed a lot!  

   

On Sunday, I and my friends would go to Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, but it was raining a lot . But we go on together, because we´ve gone to Shopping. After this, we came at school and met in Helena's house, to eat the snack it was to eat at the Lagoa. 

                                              

After this, I've gone to my room and I've studied to the Math's Test fot today! I liked too much this weekend, I hope the same to you! If you don't mind, I'm going to class, Bye!

Paralympic games athletes letter

I went to olympic arena with Esem (Escola Sesc de Ensino Médio) day 14, September. The Paralympics games are so excited, athletes are strong and fearless, they practice their sports with courage and honor. Many people, sometimes not believe in their potential, but, they are incredible persons and train hard in your life. The Paralympic games athletes are examples of peoples of overcome difficulties and I learn more with they. Seen those people, i started to think differently. No more i will do something anyway, i do with training, courage, excellence and order. The Paralympic games athletes are winners, not because won a game, because their change a way of thinking of people and change life’s. I love you Paralympics heroes. Byeee meeen.. stay strong

My Little Friend

When I was 12 years old, I had a hamster, his name was Hatchi. I loved Hatchi too much, because he was my first and only pet until today. When I got him, I was a shy kid and I didn’t have some friends, well he was my friend. Two years passed and my hamster got sick… We try to help him taking to Pet shops, but he died in my hand when I was feeding my little friend. I cried a lot, my mom said for me “Don’t mind and go on, he is in a best place now… well don’t cry because he would not want to see you sad, don't you think?”

Paralympics games

Paralympics games  BASKETBALL                     Rio de Janeiro, September 26

I loved watching a basketball game with wheelchair. I play basketball and I practice sometimes, and I try to improve even more, but watching this game I felt like I can do everything. My difficulties were not so difficult as before. It was so motivating. How people without legs can play so well?

I was watching with my friends that plays basketball too, we were always sighing and surprised with the hability of the players.

The feeling of watching a normal basketball game and watching the wheelchair basketball is totally different, we saw the effort they did. IT WAS AMAZING.

Last weekend was really awesome. I got a new dog. A Shih tzu. Her name is Shiwa. She is adorable!!!!!! She bites everything! However, she is really clean.
